RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, As such, we gladly offer exchanges or store credits in the event your order is eligible to be returned. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return for exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of next steps.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
